VISIO Health has a unique foundation being the brainchild of a mother-son duo. Both Ranjit (mother) and Sanjog (son), share their passion for helping people. They have helped many in improving their quality of life as well as focused on emotional, mental and spiritual wellbeing.

Ranjit is an Ophthalmologist who loves her work, and which involves restoring sight through her expertise in cataract surgery, diabetic eye disease, age related macular degeneration, inflammatory eye disorders and general ophthalmology. She has more than 25 years of experience in her specialty and is an expert in her field. She has led a successful NHS practice leading the macular degeneration and uveitis services. She specialises in cataracts in diabetics and inflammatory eye disorders and an expert in premium lens implants for freedom from spectacles.

Sanjog is the Operations Director and besides keeping everything running smoothly, has a special interest in mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing. Sanjog has a Masters degree in Civil engineering from Bristol University and has focused on personal development and spirituality since 2019, when he embarked upon a journey of self-discovery. Along the way, he learned many useful practices that helped him shape his internal landscape to live a freer and a more fulfilling life. He is a certified Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP) coach and has a passion for helping people.
