Thread lifting
Thread lifting is a minimally invasive non-surgical aesthetic technique, which can provide several benefits for rejuvenation of the face dependent on the type of thread used.
It gently lifts the sagging skin of the face without the added risks that are associated with a surgical facelift.
How is the treatment done?
4D PDO threads are most commonly used for correcting skin of the face and can be a good option where there is good skin thickness and adequate soft tissue volume.
Thread lifting involves sterile thread-like devices made from material specially developed to lift and support sagging areas. It involves the suture being inserted under the skin with the help of very fine barbs attached to the suture.
