It also includes what foods you put in to your body, as this is what fuels you throughout the day; food has an immense impact on your energy levels and moods. Whilst it is incredibly important to focus on mental wellbeing, physical wellbeing is intrinsically linked to this, as the mind-body connection means that when one is affected, the other is also affected. Therefore, it is paramount to take good care of your physical wellbeing.
