Emotional wellbeing is everything related to our feelings and emotions, which are stored in our bodies.

Throughout the day, we experience a wide range of emotions, from sad to happy to angry. When we were children, we would fully feel our feelings and allow them to be processed naturally. As we get older, we learn to repress them with various coping mechanisms, such as using alcohol, drugs or other distractions. These emotions are often left unresolved and get stored within the body, which can lead to chronic stress conditions. An emotional wellbeing service can be an incredibly important way to re-learn how to emotionally regulate and  completely transform our lives.
