Mental wellbeing is everything related to our thoughts.

Our thoughts dictate how we view the world, and what we believe about ourselves and others. Often, these thoughts can be scary, negative or anxious; and we believe them to be true. Improving your mental wellbeing is a process of realising that not all thoughts are necessarily reflective of the truth, and learning how to let go of these thoughts and return our attention to the present moment. We can be assisted in doing this with the help of meditation or life coaches.
