Justin is an Emotional Wellbeing Coach. He helps people to improve their mental and emotional health to new thriving levels. This means working on better daily emotional management so you develop better mental health.
His work is person centred, so it involves getting to the root of your core problem and revealing the limiting patterns of behaviour and thinking playing out in the background, and then developing new strategies and new ways of thinking and behaving over time. The key for him lies at the root of our emotions and getting to know how we feel on a daily basis.
This slow habit that you work on together in his coaching programme has the effect of empowering people to observe, accept and utilise their emotions; rather than feeling overwhelmed, stressed and fearful.
The tools he uses in his work range from having powerful coaching conversations and using intuitive techniques, to guiding a person to their heart so they can ultimately live a life with more confidence and purpose. He also works with sound healing using mainly Tibetan bowls, and other sound instruments, to bring about a deeper sense of relaxation and peace in a person, helping then to let go of tension and stress in the mind and body.

Jess helps men and women to discover who they really are, beyond all the innocent thinking and stories that hold them back from living the life they want and how they want to feel.
She has overcome her own experiences in the past with anxiety, depression and insomnia and with her grounded understanding of how we create our experience of life through our thinking, she’s helped many people to feel more at peace, more confident and live more in the present.
She helps individuals to release the stories, beliefs and ideas they have about themselves and live from who they truly are with peace, confidence and love. Meehir's journey from a life governed by fear to authentic leadership forms the foundation of his coaching approach. After transforming his own relationship with doubt, uncertainty, and external validation, he now guides others using the same practical tools and insights that were instrumental in his own transformation.
Having navigated his own cycles of anxiety and redefined his relationship with himself, Meehir understands firsthand how even capable professionals can feel disconnected from their innate wisdom. His personal transformation journey taught him that true power comes not from controlling outside circumstances but from developing an unshakable inner foundation.
Meehir's approach focuses on helping clients trust their own inner wisdom rather than seeking external validation. Through structured conversations that get to the heart of limiting patterns, he guides people to identify their authentic values, recognize where they're giving their power away, and develop emotional confidence that supports clear decision-making.
What distinguishes his work is the balance between compassionate understanding and direct challenge. As one client noted, "Meehir has a gift for seeing the blind spots behind the blind spots" - identifying the root patterns that keep people cycling through the same challenges despite their best efforts.
Clients who work with Meehir typically develop a stronger connection to their intuition, find themselves navigating difficult conversations with confidence, and experience a natural sense of authority that comes from truly knowing themselves - skills that transform both their professional effectiveness and personal wellbeing.
